Common Good Research
The Common good programme is designed to benefit all government departments and agencies. It looks at specific cross-cutting topics or audiences in detail to gain insight that will help to improve communications effectiveness.
The latest Common Good project is:
- Communications and behaviour change (November 2009)
Previous Common Good projects have explored:
- Older People (2006);
- Small and Medium Enterprises (2003); and
- Black and Minority Ethnic groups (2003).
This material was produced by COI is Crown Copyright. Organisations and individuals are invited to make free use of it but are asked to observe the following guidelines when doing so:
