I think your example of newspaper editors not being able to change the front page is very accurate.
When web development and management is overrun by historical IT processes, it hampers the use of engaging content and prevents &#039;buy-in&#039; internally.
We are slowly taking the lead, but it requires some major cultural changes.</description>
